LearnWorlds presents itself as an AI-powered LMS for learning businesses, and LearnSuite bets on academies that sell their own method in several languages and countries. They are the two platforms in this series closest in ambition, which is why the comparison is useful. Here is what each publishes, where each one wins, and when LearnWorlds suits you better. It is part of our guide to the online course platform market.
A warning: the LearnWorlds pricing page we read on 15 October 2026 showed its figures without a currency symbol (the only "$" is in the Starter per-enrolment fee). We could not verify which currency it charges in, so we reproduce them as plain numbers. Confirm the currency before you decide.

Where LearnWorlds wins
- More LMS features. SCORM (needed if you sell to companies that require that format), client groups, reports and 50+ integrations according to its home page.
- Lower fixed fee. Starter begins at 24 a month billed annually. Watch the $5 per paid enrolment fee, which adds up at volume.
- No platform fee from Pro Trainer, according to its page.
- More admins. 5 and 25 against 3 instructors on Professional.
- Community included on every plan, and a mobile app builder as an add-on.
- More active learners on the mid plans: 2,000 on Pro Trainer.
- AI inside the workflow: automatic transcripts and quizzes for interactive video.
Where LearnSuite wins
- Language versions with a review gate. States from draft to published, and nothing goes live unreviewed. For teams selling one method in three languages, this is the most careful part. If you doubt between subtitling and dubbing, read subtitles or dubbing.
- Zone pricing and territorial licence (Institution): a different price per region, with the licence tied to the territory.
- Protected video with expiring links, a visible watermark and a three-device limit. More in protecting your course videos.
- Paid 1:1 sessions built in, with the instructor's calendar, payment at booking, reminders and refunds.
- A per-academy AI tutor from the first plan. It cannot replace the instructor: it answers specific questions from your course's knowledge base.
- Euro pricing, with VAT included in the zone price, designed for selling in the EU.
Pros and cons of both
LearnWorlds, pros: more admins, SCORM, reporting, integrations, community, no platform fee from Pro Trainer, lower fixed fee. Cons: Starter charges $5 per paid enrolment and has no certificates or free courses; white label starts at Learning Center (249 a month billed annually); active-learner limits (2,000 on the mid plans); the mobile app is an add-on; and we could not verify the currency, dubbing, video protection or an AI tutor.
LearnSuite, pros: language workflow with review, zone pricing, protected video, paid 1:1, tutor, certificates from Starter. Cons: higher fixed fee (Starter at €99 a month plus 8%, against 24 on LearnWorlds), although the revenue share lets you start with no fee, no SCORM, no community space, no automated sales emails, and lip-sync dubbing is an assisted process with minutes bought in packs of 100 (€490): it does not hand you a dubbed lesson without human involvement. Active-learner and language limits (500 and 3 on Professional) are recorded on the subscription, and we do not present them as an automatic cut-off.
When to choose LearnWorlds and when LearnSuite
Choose LearnWorlds if you also sell to companies (SCORM, client groups, reports), have a team with several admins, want a community and a mobile app, or have a tight starting budget.
Choose LearnSuite if your business is a personal method sold in several languages and countries, you need to review each language version, different prices by zone, protected video, and paid 1:1 mentoring in the same academy.
A rough calculation, invented to illustrate: on Starter, 100 paid enrolments a month mean $500 in enrolment fees alone, on top of the 24 or 29 monthly fee and the gateway cost (they cite 2.9% + $0.30). At that volume a plan without an enrolment fee comes out ahead. To decide your sale price, see how to price an online course and own platform or marketplace.
What we could not verify
On 15 October 2026 we could not verify on LearnWorlds' site: the currency of the prices, the multi-language learner interface, AI dubbing, video protection, an AI tutor, whether it acts as merchant of record for VAT, or price parity by country. Also, live-session availability on Starter contradicts itself within their own page. If any of these weighs on your decision, ask them in writing.
