LearnSuite vs Kajabi: prices, features and when to pick each one

LearnSuite vs Kajabi compared with the prices published on 15 October 2026: plans, commissions, features, pros and cons of both, and when Kajabi is the better choice.

By The LearnSuite team · · 5 min read

Kajabi is the all-in-one platform for creators who sell knowledge: courses, community, email and funnels in one place, at a high fee. LearnSuite is narrower and deeper in a different direction: academies that teach in several languages, charge by zone and support each student. This comparison puts the two side by side, with their strengths and limits. It is part of the map of online course platforms.

Kajabi's data was read on its official pricing page on 15 October 2026 and is in dollars, as published. LearnSuite's comes from our catalogue and is in euros. We do not convert them.

Two honest readings. First: Kajabi has the highest entry fee in the group, but a broad marketing package is included. Second: if your contact count grows, extra blocks of 25,000 contacts cost 125 dollars a month. Look at the total of your operation, not just the rate.

Kajabi: the good and the bad

Pros

  • No revenue share and low surcharges (0.5% to 2%) if you use a third-party gateway.
  • Many admins included (11 on Growth, 26 on Pro).
  • Marketing, email and funnels inside the same tool.
  • Custom domain already on Basic; branded app on Pro; AI credits included.
  • 14-day trial and a 30-day guarantee.

Cons

  • Highest entry fee in the group: 143 to 179 dollars a month.
  • Basic caps you at 5 products and 2,500 contacts, and has no AI credits.
  • Kajabi Payments is shown for US entities; other countries need a separate table.
  • With contact-tier pricing, growing costs more.

Pros

  • A per-language version of every lesson, reviewed by a person before it is published.
  • Protected video, verifiable certificates and paid 1:1 sessions on every plan.

  • Tutor per academy included.

Cons

  • No automated email funnels today (discount coupons do exist): if your business is marketing and launches, Kajabi is well ahead.
  • Community is not the centre of the product.
  • Pricing by zone and white label start at Institution.

When to pick Kajabi

  • Your sales engine is email, launches and funnels.

  • Your value is personal support through 1:1 sessions.
  • You want to protect your video and issue certificates anyone can check.
