1. Parties

2. The service

LearnSuite is a subscription service for academies and companies ("the customer"). The customer publishes courses, manages learners and charges on its own account. Prices, plan limits (active learners, instructors, languages, zones) and extras are those on the pricing page and the invoice. The free trial lasts 14 days and requires a card; video and voice generation is enabled with the first payment.

3. Customer obligations

The customer warrants it holds the rights to the content it publishes and the written consent of every instructor to clone their voice and likeness. The customer is the controller of its learners' data; LearnSuite acts as processor under the Data processing agreement.

4. Payment and cancellation

Monthly or annual subscription paid in advance, taxes not included for businesses. The customer can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Purchased clone minutes do not expire while the subscription is active.

5. Availability

Monthly availability target of 99.5 %, excluding scheduled maintenance. Enterprise plans have their own service-level agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All content belongs to Codelabs Studio, S.L. or its licensors. Downloading, recording, reproducing or reselling it is prohibited. The watermark identifies the origin of a copy.

7. Liability

Training content does not replace professional judgement. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding twelve months.

8. Law and jurisdiction
