Is the dubbing really my voice?

Yes. We clone your own voice, with your express consent, and dub your lessons with it into every language, with your mouth synced over the original video. It is only used for your courses and you can withdraw it whenever you like.

What if a learner uses a VPN?

The purchase is charged in the most expensive zone the signals point to and, when in doubt, phone verification is requested. During use, a VPN outside the zone requires a travel pass. We never block the website, only the licence.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, from the Institution plan. The academy lives on your domain, with your logo, your emails and your legal pages, and no LearnSuite branding.

How are courses charged?

Through Stripe, in the zone's currency and with destination taxes. With no fee, LearnSuite keeps 20% of what you sell; on Starter you pay €99 a month and 8%; Professional, Institution and Enterprise take no commission on sales. The percentage is computed on what is actually received, excluding VAT and the Stripe fee.

Where is the data?

On our own servers in Germany. LearnSuite acts as processor and signs a DPA with every academy; country annexes cover Brazil, the United States, India, the United Kingdom and Latin America.

How does the AI tutor work?

It is an agent fed with your course syllabus that answers by text and voice in the learner's language and refers anything out of scope to a 1:1 session.

Can certificates be verified?

Yes. Each certificate carries a unique number, a PDF, a public verification page, Open Badges 3.0 for LinkedIn and an institution's co-signature.

Can I offer paid 1:1 sessions?

Yes. You set your availability and the languages you cover, charge for the session and it runs over video call; the learner books from the lesson.
