LearnSuite

Product training

Certify the people who work with your product, in their language and their country

For the manufacturer or distributor that trains people on its tools or equipment, needs proof they have learned it and does not want the course resold from one market to another.

Every function, applied to your sector

Each block is a function that already runs in production. Nothing here is marked as future.

01

Protected video

Your product demonstrations, with signed links that expire, a watermark with the learner's name and a maximum of three devices.

02

Chapters and subtitles

Chapters by product function, to jump to "assembly", "settings" or "maintenance", and subtitles in each language.

03

Language versions with review

An original version of the course and the versions per language, each reviewed before it is published, with part and function names translated properly.

04

Lip-synced dubbing

The demonstration dubbed into other languages with the mouth synced over your original video and a catalogue voice, with no new recording.

05

Quizzes and verifiable certificates

An exam with a pass mark and a PDF certificate with a unique number and a public verification page: the distributor checks who is certified.

06

1:1 video sessions

1:1 video sessions for onboarding or to solve a specific case: the learner books and pays, and the room is inside the platform.

07

Google Calendar

The technical trainer's agenda is respected: what is busy in Google Calendar is subtracted from the schedule and each paid session appears in the "LearnSuite" calendar.

08

Recording with consent and library

The session is recorded only if both people accept, and the learner can watch the explanation again in "My recorded sessions".

09

Chat and voice tutor

A chat and voice tutor answers usage questions with the course syllabus and knowledge base, and reads the answer aloud.

10

Free lesson

A free sample lesson so a distributor or a user sees the level of the course before buying it.

11

Your brand and your domain

The academy under your company brand, your colours, your legal pages and your own domain, with no trace of LearnSuite if you prefer.

12

Price and licence per zone

A different price per market, a territorial licence so one country's course is not used in another, and payment through Stripe with destination taxes.

13

Coupons and invitations

Discount codes for a trade fair or a distributor and codes tied to one person's email, with an expiry date and a maximum number of uses.

14

Revenue split of each sale

If you work with an external trainer or a partner, in academies with a revenue-share agreement each sale is split on what is actually received, with a payout ledger panel.

Every user of your product, certified

Create your academy and publish the first course with an exam and a verifiable certificate.
