Frequently asked questions
- Is the dubbing really my voice?
- Yes, your cloned voice and your mouth synchronised over the original video. Only with your written consent, which you can withdraw at any time: the voice model is deleted.
- What if a learner uses a VPN?
- The purchase is charged in the most expensive zone the signals point to and, when in doubt, phone verification is requested. During use, a VPN outside the zone requires a travel pass. We never block the website, only the licence.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes, from the Institution plan. The academy lives on your domain, with your logo, your emails and your legal pages, and no LearnSuite branding.
- How are courses charged?
- Through Stripe, in the zone's currency and with destination taxes. The learner gets an invoice. You pay a platform subscription, with no commission on sales.
- Where is the data?
- On our own servers in Germany. LearnSuite acts as processor and signs a DPA with every academy; country annexes cover Brazil, the United States, India, the United Kingdom and Latin America.
